I received a password, where do I enter it?

Click on “Access” in the menu and enter the password you received. You access directly to your personal album and you can select and order the photos you want. To complete your order. Enter your billing address and choose your payment method.

What is the delivery time?

It will be delivered approximately within 3 weeks from the session, once the purchase is opened, you will be given a time of 2 weeks to make photo orders, where the photos will be online, once this time is passed, you can not have more access to the photo gallery.

Will the logo/watermark be removed from the image?

Yes! The watermark is only used to protect against illegal downloads. When photos are requested, it will be removed, both for downloads and printed products.

What is the quality of the prints?

We work exclusively with specialized laboratories with high quality materials.

Can I order several photos at the same time?

Yes! You can select several products for each photo.

Can I change the products in my shopping cart?

Yes! In the shopping cart you can customize the product for each photo.

How can I order photos here?

Choose a photo from your album that you like and click on “Order photo”. Then select the product of your choice, enter the quantity and click on the button: “Add”. Once you have placed all the photos you like in the cart, click on “Cart” at the top right and follow the additional instructions.

Where can we see the status of the order?

From the order details link received by email of your order or you can log in with a password and your email address under “Access”. The order details can be found under “My account”.
